Lee, Founder
Lee started SoldSimple after years of buying properties across Merseyside. He's personally been involved in over a hundred property purchases and has dealt with every kind of situation: straightforward sales, probate, tenanted properties, structural issues, and everything in between. If you speak to us, there's a good chance you'll speak to Lee directly.
The wider team
Behind the scenes, we work with a small network of trusted local solicitors, surveyors, and property professionals who've worked with us for years. They're experienced, responsive, and unlike a lot of conveyancing firms, actually good at keeping you updated.
