We never sell your data.

When we send you emails, we use Resend's tracking features to measure engagement. Specifically:

• Open tracking: Emails may contain a small invisible image (a tracking pixel) hosted on a subdomain of soldsimple.co.uk (e.g. links.mail.soldsimple.co.uk). When your email client loads this image, we receive a signal that the email was opened, along with your approximate IP address and email client type.
• Click tracking: Links in our emails may be routed through links.mail.soldsimple.co.uk so we can record which links were clicked and when.

This data is processed by Resend on our behalf and used solely to improve our communications — for example, to understand whether appointment confirmations are being received and read.

Legal basis: Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — ensuring our service communications reach you effectively. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

You can prevent open tracking by disabling automatic image loading in your email client. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@soldsimple.co.uk.
